Debbie Sturgill is Exclusive Image's technical expert and consultant, specializing in both hair replacement systems and LLLT sessions. She has 20 years experience in hair replacement. She has extensively researched safe, effective, cosmetic methods of hair replacement by regularly attending hair replacement conferences and classes, and networking with other hair replacement professionals throughout the United States. She is empathetic due to thinning hair in 2008 (due to hormone imbalance and thyroid disorder). She is a managing cosmetologist and a licensed cosmetology instructor. Debbie has extensive training in design work and an expert in all hair types. Before entering the hair replacement field she participated in Charles Penzone's Training Program , focusing on women's and ethnic hair.
